GalaxyUpdater V1.0 hits the Market

Since yesterday, the GalaxyUpdater Version 1.0 is on the Market and is loaded with a lot of nice features. As we allready reported, it will update your beloved Samsung Galaxy 7500 over the Air.

The Galaxy 7500 is the first Android Device from Samsung and has not been official updated to Eclair or Froyo. Drakaz, a developer from France managed to port Froyo on the handset and it is right now the only way to update the Galaxy to a higher Android OS than 1.6 (Donut).

If you have a custom ROM like Galaxo or GAOSP on your device installed, it will check for latest updates and install them directly to your phone. There are 2 versions available: the free/basic, and the Donate version.

While writing this article, i’am testing the app and going to publish  a full review on Monday.

• You can choose if you want to wipe or not (there will be no support for those who choose to don’t wipe..)
• You can choose to make a backup with nandroid before installing the new rom
• Reboot in recovery mode feature
